# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nasip mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
## 1. Nature of the Service
Nasip is an **entertainment application** featuring Turkish coffee-cup reading, tarot, dream interpretation, palm reading, and face reading. All readings are provided **for entertainment purposes only** and **do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any professional advice**. Readings must not be used as the basis for vital, health, career, or legal decisions.
## 2. Account
You may need to create an account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others.
## 3. Age Requirement
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.
## 4. Credits
In-app credits are virtual units used for interpreter selection, premium features, and additional functionality. Credits:
- Cannot be exchanged for real currency,
- Cannot be transferred to other users,
- Are non-refundable except where required by law.
## 5. Premium Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a Premium plan (Monthly or Yearly), the following terms apply:
- **Auto-renewal:** The subscription **automatically renews** at the end of each period. To stop renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Otherwise, the subscription will renew automatically.
- **Charges:** The renewal amount is charged to the payment method on file with your **App Store or Google Play account** within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- **Free trial:** A 3-day free trial may be offered for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full price of the selected plan.
- **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- **iOS:** Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nasip → Cancel Subscription
- **Android:** Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nasip → Cancel
- **Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.** You must use the steps above to cancel.
- **Refunds:** Refund requests are subject to App Store or Google Play refund policies and must be made directly through the respective platform.
## 6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the App to:
- Hack, automate, or reverse-engineer the system
- Create fake accounts or attempt to access other users' accounts
- Submit unlawful, harassing, obscene, or harmful content
- Take any action that may damage the App or other users
## 7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, text, interpreter characters, software, and design within the App belong to Nasip. They may not be copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Nasip makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nasip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. The user is solely responsible for any real-life consequences arising from interpreting the readings.
## 9. Termination
If you violate these Terms, your account may be suspended or deleted without prior notice. You may permanently delete your own account at any time from within the App via **Profile → Delete My Account**.
## 10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
## 11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the **courts of Istanbul, Türkiye**.
