Nasip ("App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is processed, with whom it is shared, and your rights when you use the App.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Gökhan Aysel, the operator of Nasip ("Data Controller"). Processing complies with applicable privacy laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
2. Information We Collect
a) Identity and Contact Information
- Name and surname (provided during registration or profile setup)
- Email address
- Profile information shared by Google or Apple when you sign in with those providers
b) Profile and Reading Data
- Date of birth, gender, relationship status, employment status
- Photos of coffee cups, palms, and faces (for the preparation of your reading)
- Dream descriptions and any questions you submit
c) Transaction and Account Data
- Purchase records (verification data provided by the App Store / Google Play)
- Credit balance and reading history
d) Technical Data
- Device model, operating system version
- Anonymous device identifier (used for automatic sign-in)
- IP address
- Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service)
e) Advertising and Analytics
- Advertising identifier (only in the free tier, with your consent)
- In-app event data (page views, usage statistics)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Prepare and personalize your reading
- Manage your account, authenticate sign-ins, and maintain your session
- Send notifications (reading ready, promotions)
- Verify purchases and manage subscriptions
- Improve service quality and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide the service, we share limited data with the following third parties:
- Google Firebase: authentication, push notifications, crash reporting, analytics
- Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit: purchase verification
- Google AdMob: rewarded ads (advertising identifier only)
- Google Cloud / AI-based content processing services: uploaded photos and text are processed on secure servers to prepare your reading.
Third parties only use your data for the purposes described above and are subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
- Account information: as long as your account is active
- Reading results and history: as long as your account is active (you can delete entries)
- Uploaded photos: deleted within an average of 30 days after the reading is completed
- Financial records (billing, legal obligations): retained in accordance with the relevant statutory periods
6. Data Deletion and Account Closure
You can permanently delete all of your data from within the App via "Profile → Delete My Account". Alternatively, you may email nasipapp@gmail.com to request deletion; your request will be processed within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Data Security
Your personal data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on secure servers. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
9. Your Rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object and lodge a complaint

10. Cookies
The App uses a limited number of cookies for session and language preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified in the App about significant changes; where required, your explicit consent will be requested again.
12. Entertainment Purpose
Nasip is an entertainment and personal-interest application. The readings provided do not constitute medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
