Why isn't my reading ready yet?

Our expert readers review each fortune carefully, one by one. Depending on the reader you choose, the interpretation can take between 3 and 30 minutes. You will receive a notification when your reading is ready; you can also track it from the "My Readings" tab.


Photo upload error

Check your internet connection and restart the app. If the problem persists, make sure your app is up to date in "Profile → Settings → App Info", or email us.


Tips for the coffee cup photo

- The inside of the cup, grounds, and residue must be clearly visible

- Take 3 photos from different angles (inside, side, saucer)

- Use a well-lit environment


Tips for palm and face readings

- Face: Look directly into the camera; remove glasses and masks

- Palm: Photograph your open palm clearly so the lines are visible

- Make sure there is sufficient lighting


My credits were deducted but the reading didn't arrive

In case of inconsistencies, your credits are refunded automatically or upon request. Please email nasipapp@gmail.com with your transaction ID for assistance.


My purchased credits did not appear in my account

App Store purchase verification can sometimes take a few minutes. Restart the app. If credits still don't appear, contact us with your purchase receipt (emailed by Apple).


How do I cancel my premium subscription?

On iPhone, go to "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions" and cancel the Nasip subscription. After cancellation, premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.


How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account from within the app via "Profile → Delete My Account". All your data (reading history, profile information, photos) will be removed and cannot be recovered. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing nasipapp@gmail.com.


I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for Nasip in your phone settings: "Settings → Notifications → Nasip → Allow Notifications".
